Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Ohhsome’s warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers. All our products come with its own warranty period as stated under every product page.
Customers are responsible for the return postage costs for warranty purpose. Expired warranty items will be shipped back to customers where the cost of shipping will be borne by the customers.
All warranty items must be returned in its original condition, full packaging and attached with the purchase receipt as well.
All warranties requested will be processed within three (3) working days upon receipt of returned items.
However, customers can also opt to visit our office to request for replacement or warranty services. Visiting our office directly for such services will be faster and easier as our customer support team can test the product and make a replacement or provide solution on the spot.

Refund Terms and Conditions:
At Ohhsome, buyers are 100% protected by our 7 Days Money Back Guarantee from the date of receipt with condition below.
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we will refund you the purchase price if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty-four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the minimum of 10% transaction fees charges which is non-refundable.
We will provide you with a full refund if any purchased item is out of stock, or we will provide a replacement for another item agreed by buyers.
We will make full refund if the sent item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, or we will provide a replacement item, provided the item must be returned within seven (7) days with its purchase receipt, original condition and full packaging.
A partial refund will be made if the client requested for refund due to dissatisfaction of the item received or out of buyer’s expectation on its quality or performance neither defective, provided the item must be returned within seven (7) days with its purchase receipt, original condition and full packaging. A minimum of 10% transaction fees charged and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
